It should be noted that the qualities and materials of this work, as well as finishes and equipment, are of the highest quality, in addition to a long list of installations and systems. On this occasion, we intervened with a “turnkey” slogan, starting with the architectural project, in collaboration with the leading architectural firm in the area called “Ingloba” and its managing architect Jorge Juan Bernabé Brotons, and ending with the final cleaning of the finished work. Thanks to the multi-professional team of “Arcostec”, it was possible to achieve an outstanding design and to manage the work on time and without any unforeseen events. In addition to the above, we took full charge of the Project Management before and during the work, thus avoiding all those unforeseen events that so frighten the developers. Finally, and perhaps most importantly in this project, it is worth mentioning a fact that we pride ourselves on, which is the deadlines for the work being carried out, even work completed before the contracted deadline. It has been only 12 months since we started the first sketches of the project and until the clients have come in to spend their first night in their new, much-desired home. As usual, before starting a long journey through the entire construction process of a single-family home, with all its ups and downs, it is essential to carry out a prior study of urban planning regulations in order to guarantee the promoter the legality of the finished work, as well as a test of the technical-constructive solutions. This is the first step in determining the needs and requirements of each client, since what one wants cannot always be adapted to the realities of each plot, whether it be for geometric reasons or simply for economic reasons. In addition, we take care of data collection and mandatory technical tests in order to proceed with the implementation project later.

For a more optimal and functional distribution (due to lack of space) the built-in cabinets have been eliminated, the distribution of the bathroom and the direction of opening of the access door have been changed, the kitchen partition has been falsified to eliminate the unwanted projection. In addition, all the installations have been reviewed and the necessary modifications and repairs have been made for the correct functioning in the long term. A floating laminate floor has also been laid, the walls have been repaired and painted and a fully equipped modern kitchen has been installed, among other things.

The needs of our client from the beginning have been very clear, to spend as little as possible and to make the finish and aesthetics look good. In the end, the whole reform with electrical appliances, kitchen furniture and bathroom fittings included, has cost 11,257.69 euros. Taking into account the qualities, the materials used and the final finishes, we can say that for a complete reform of a 55 m2 flat it is more than reasonable.
