RF10 – Complete renovation and layout change of an apartment in Torrevieja, “La Tejera” building

A complete renovation of a 55 m² apartment located in “La Tejera” building in Torrevieja. The apartment has a bedroom, a spacious living room and a bathroom. Our client bought this deteriorated bank-owned property for only € 29,000, so this renovation project was a very profitable economic investment for them. The sale was managed and made through our sales department “Arcodom” which accompanied the client at all times and carried out the signing of the deed.

Then the professionals of “Arcostec Group” visited the house, took all the necessary actions and offered the proposal for the layout of a renovated house based on the client’s needs. We had several meetings and corrections, made appropriate modifications and accepted the final proposal. Then we took some measurements and presented the works budget to the client.

We had to achieve an optimal and functional apartment layout, so we removed the built-in wardrobes, changed the bathroom’s layout and the door’s opening direction. We also changed the kitchen partition, reviewed all the installations and made necessary modifications and repairs for proper long-term operation. Then we installed floating laminate flooring, repaired and painted the walls, and installed a modern and fully equipped kitchen.

From the very beginning, it was clear that the client wanted to get a good-looking house spending as little money as possible. Finally, the cost of the renovation was € 11,257.69 including home appliances, kitchen furniture, toilets, high-quality materials and finishes.
