The certificate without a plan with the registration at the Association of Quantity Surveyors costs €100, the certificate with the visit of the technician and the plan of the property costs €150.

WHAT IS IT FOR ?
It is a technical report that certifies that a space can be inhabited by people at the level of health, hygiene and solidity. This regulation is legalized by the autonomous communities and regulated by the town councils of each municipality.
HOW IS IT DONE ?
To carry out and obtain your certificate of habitability or certificate of second occupancy, you must contact a competent official technician, registered in the Competent Professional Association. Said professional must visit the property, carry out the appropriate measurements and checks, take the necessary photographs and certify that the home, object of study, meets the minimum habitability conditions.
