An ITE is an official technical document certified by a competent technical specialist that certifies the location of a building and its technical condition in accordance with current regulations.
This certificate (also called a certificate of existence of real estate) is a document executed by a certified specialist (as described in the Royal Decree RD 2/2008 of 20 July) and certifying that all construction and installation work has been completed in accordance with the standards described in the code technical rules for construction.
