This project is about a magnificent residential complex located in one of the best areas of the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, just 20 minutes from the sea since we are located in the eastern part of the peninsula. It consists of six apartments proportionately distributed over two floors. In addition, it has an outdoor community pool, semi-basement with storage rooms for each of the apartments and outdoor parking.

The design of the project is based on a modern approach through the combination of different materials. Each of the apartments located on the ground floor has a terrace which smoothly connects the home with the public area. Which is why this residential complex is equipped with a totally reliable security system. On the other hand, the apartments on the top floor and the solarium offer wonderful views of the urbanization.

All apartments have a rectangular floor plan with an area of approximately 70 m2. The apartments located on the top floor have a larger exterior surface due to the roofs of the solarium. The project as a whole is based on a design that highlights efficiency and maximum comfort in every detail. It should be noted that each of the apartments has a different interior design in order to achieve a unique personality in each of them.

The residential complex consists of six apartments combined in a single block and a semi-basement with storage rooms. Other facilities of interest are the outdoor pool and parking.

The present project of a single block is made up of two floors located above ground and a covered solarium. The total area of the building is 1200 m2 distributed in apartments as follows:

  • BASEMENT FLOOR: common for all apartments, which has individual storage rooms for each apartment.
  • GROUND FLOOR APARTMENTS: entrance via terrace, living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

It is a structure which has a foundation using footings with a constant edge. The main structure is formed by reinforced concrete supports with a rectangular section located along the perimeter of the building. The façade is made of 9 cm thick double hollow ceramic brick with thermal and acoustic insulation throughout the house.

All finishing materials are of the highest quality. The façade is finished using white plaster with a series of grayish tones, achieving a result towards an approach that highlights the quality and aesthetics of the project. The floors are made of wooden parquet and ceramic tiles. As for the wall coverings, it is achieved by means of a smooth plaster screed, followed by a treatment with plastic paint in neutral colors. Plasterboard false ceilings, as well as multi-level stretch ceilings with LED lighting.
