Description Detached house "Alegria" in the mountains with views over Murcia
This single-family villa is designed on a plot of 570 m2, which is located in Murcia on the mountainside, in an urbanization with parks and wide streets. The city center is only 10 minutes by car.
The project was carried out by the architect Javier Mora with our full support throughout the entire process. The client's desire was to have a detached house with large windows and sophisticated decoration. We created a house project with a modern design, without losing touch with the classic style.
The house consists of a basement, two floors and ends with a hipped tiled roof. From the second floor there are beautiful views of the urbanization. The total area of the house is 275.55 m2.
The premises in the house are located as follows:
- Basement: garage for four cars, staircase to the first floor, toilet.
- First floor: entrance hall, bathroom, toilet, bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen, utility room, bedroom, terrace, staircase to the second floor.
- Second floor: corridor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dressing room and 2 terraces.
House project details
The foundation is made of a reinforced concrete slab 35 cm thick.
The load-bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete 25 cm thick and are designed taking into account longitudinal-transverse bending. Vertical load-bearing structures consist of reinforced concrete columns of rectangular cross-section. Horizontal - unidirectional floors consisting of reinforced concrete prefabricated beams and vaults. Unidirectional floors consisting of precast beams and lightweight vaults of pressed concrete blocks and concrete poured in situ. The interior space is divided by brickwork of varying thickness depending on the room, as well as plasterboard with heat and sound insulation.
The façade is covered with high-quality cream and brown plaster. The flooring is made of wood parquet and high performance ceramic tiles. For the wall coverings, a smooth gypsum screed coated with white plastic paint was used. Suspended plasterboard ceilings.
