The objective of this project is to carry out a complete renovation in a space intended for hospitality. Although the space was already suitable for its use, the client wanted to carry out a comprehensive reform to give it a new look where the industrial style predominates. In addition to aesthetic changes (including new finishes, lighting, and furniture), functional changes have been made, such as the redistribution of space or the relocation of the existing extraction duct to create more ceiling space. Taking advantage of these changes, the electrical installation and air conditioning system were also modified.
This is a local franchise from Torrevieja called "AmberBrewery", a craft brewery with its own production. It is located in the best area in the center of Alicante, in the pedestrian zone of Calle Castaños.
INITIAL STATE
Photos of the condition of the space before the renovation. As can be seen, the space is in decent condition, but does not meet the client's wishes. Therefore, a complete redistribution of the space was decided, also taking the opportunity to change the electrical wiring, the extractor fan, and the air conditioning.
DURING THE WORK
In these photos, you can see the work in progress. The space was completely dismantled to move the installations, trying to take advantage and reuse everything possible. In the case of remote projects like this one, we like to keep our clients particularly informed. Every week, we provide video reports and photos of each stage of the work.
