DETAILS OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Column foundations with 40 cm thick supports. The load-bearing walls are made of 25 cm-thick reinforced concrete and are designed to take account of longitudinal and transverse bending. The vertical load-bearing structure consists of rectangular reinforced concrete columns. The unidirectional floor slabs are made up of prefabricated beams and lightweight vaults in pressed concrete blocks and poured concrete. The interior space is divided by brickwork of different thicknesses depending on the room, and by plasterboard with thermal and acoustic insulation. The façade is clad in pink bricks and light grey render to match the brickwork. Double-glazed windows with wooden shutters give the house sophistication and elegance. The floor features natural stone and high-performance ceramic tiles. The walls are covered with a smooth plaster screed with white plastic paint. False plasterboard ceilings.
