We present a project carried out by specialists from the Arcostec company. This high-tech villa is a detached country house with a private outdoor pool. The facility consists of two floors and an underground garage.
Distribution of zones in the plant:
- Ground floor: access to the main house through the main entrance, study, large living room, gallery, toilet, hallway, independent staircase leading to the upper floor and covered porch.
- Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, dressing room and balcony.
The area of the plot is 500 m², and the total area of the property is 203.91 m², divided into floors as follows:
- Ground floor: 111.85 m²
- Second floor: 92.06 m²
The total area of the garage is 64.36 m². It should be noted that it has its own private outdoor pool with a water surface of approximately 28 m².
The foundation was made from a 50 cm thick reinforced concrete slab. The foundation beams are designed to support the shafts in proportion to the vertical loads of the foundation elements located at each end. The load-bearing walls are made of 25 cm thick reinforced concrete and are designed taking into account longitudinal-transverse bending. The waffle slabs consist of reinforced concrete ribs in two directions and lightweight concrete vaults poured in place to fill the ribs. 25+5 cm thick unidirectional flooring with 8 cm thick mineral wool thermal insulation. 5 cm thick cement mortar on a 2 cm thick layer of thermal and acoustic insulation. Pavement - ceramic mosaic.
Two types of partitions were used during construction:
- 12 cm partitions: made of 9 cm thick hollow ceramic brick, finished on each side with 1.5 cm thick plaster plaster.
- 14.5 cm partitions: made of 9 cm thick hollow ceramic brick, finished on one side with 1.5 cm thick plaster plaster and on the other with ceramic tiles.
All finishing materials are of the highest quality and meet all criteria for comfort and durability. The pavement is made of ceramic tiles; in damp rooms, on the terrace and on the roof, made of non-slip material. The flooring of stairs and hallways is made of marble. Vertical surfaces are covered with plastic paint that protects against mold. The walls of the wet rooms and kitchen are finished with ceramic tiles.
