In addition, you must comply with the city regulations of the respective municipality, such as setbacks from the perimeter of the lot, maximum height, etc. You must also comply with the client's requirements such as pool, parking, recreational areas, etc. In this case, the following housing location was chosen, adapted to the southern orientation and the client's needs in terms of privacy.
