A magnificent townhouse project using a canopy that turns the house into a completely isolated dwelling. Contemporary style using the latest home automation technologies and trends in design, equipment and finishing. The house has a total area of 172.77 m², spread over two floors, with large open terraces, balconies and a solarium with a flat roof. Its internal usable area is 81.18 m² and its built-up area is 106.40 m².
The peculiarity of this architectural proposal is the maximum use of space and living spaces, as well as its compactness and functionality. This allows it to be placed on plots of reduced area, which in this case was 211.92 m². In addition, next to the house there is a swimming pool with pre-installed heating system measuring 5.00 x 2.50 m (length x width) and 15.00 m² of water surface area.
Arrangement of a house on a specific site is one of the most important tasks of a designer. There are many factors to consider such as gradients, geometry, trees and vegetation, communications, etc. All this without forgetting to comply with the rules of the relevant municipality (setbacks, maximum height, buildability, type of development, etc.) In addition, it is very important to take into account the needs of the developer, such as aesthetics, availability of a swimming pool, parking, recreation areas, equipment, etc. .d.
Separately, I would like to note the participation of our co-authors Javier Mora and Cosme Rocamora, professionals from the architectural bureau “Javier Mora Architecture” of Granja de Rocamora. In this project, the efforts and dedication of our team reached the highest point. The project of 5 houses was ordered by the construction company "CBM HOMES". Construction work began in the fourth quarter of 2020
In accordance with the needs of the developer Costa Blanca Mediterranean Homes, this house was developed using exclusive design, both in finishing and in equipment. Domotic system and energy efficiency in heating and air conditioning systems, LED lighting, kitchen and interior carpentry of the highest quality, exterior carpentry in anodized aluminum with 4+4/12/6mm glass and a long list of possible additional options. The project has the possibility of equipping a basement of approximately 60 m² for a living room or for two more guest bedrooms. A pool is also optional, but we feel it is essential to get the most out of this property for the entire family throughout the year.
