Description "Rosario" residential complex of 8 apartments in Torre de la Horadada
Block of eight apartments, which is a luxury residential complex with an outdoor pool and parking. The project was carried out in one of the new areas of Torre de la Horadada, which is located just 10 minutes from the sea and has excellent transport infrastructure. When developing the project we paid special attention to the details, so the complex turned out to be completely efficient and environmentally friendly, making it one of the best in the area. The complex is completely fenced and has a high level of security.
The surface area of the apartments ranges between 100 and 150 m2 depending on the floor on which they are located. The complex has areas with natural grass, which only increases its attractiveness.
It is a residential complex of eight independent apartments combined in a single block. The complex has an outdoor pool and parking for all residents.
The block consists of two floors and has a flat roof that can be used as a natural solarium. The total area of the building is 1,500 m2. The distribution of the apartments is as follows:
- GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT: terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, dressing room, kitchen, living room.
- UPPER FLOOR APARTMENT: terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, dressing room, kitchen, living room, exterior staircase to the roof terrace and solarium.
PROJECT DETAILS
Columnar foundation with supports of equal thickness. The vertical load-bearing structure is formed by reinforced concrete columns with a rectangular section located along the perimeter of the building. Double hollow ceramic brick 9 cm thick, as well as acoustic and thermal insulation throughout the house.
All finishing materials are of the highest quality. The facade is finished with white plaster with gray inserts. The floors are made of wooden parquet and ceramic tiles; For the wall coverings, a smooth plaster screed is used, followed by a treatment with plastic paint in neutral colors. Plasterboard false ceilings, as well as multi-level stretch ceilings with LED lighting.
