Description Villa "Jazmines" in San Javier with views of La Manga Mar Menor
We present a luxury villa in a modern style. It is a detached house with private outdoor swimming pool, designed on a plot of 750 m2, located in the municipality of San Javier, province of Murcia, just 50 metres from the magnificent Mar Menor beach.
The design was developed entirely by the specialists of our company in collaboration with the author of the project, the architect Mr. Javier Mora. The house allows to create different combinations of interior and exterior space thanks to the walls and details.
The house has two floors and is finished with a hipped roof. We also decided to make a large terrace on the ground floor. From the first floor you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Mar Menor, and thanks to the large windows, the rooms of the house are always flooded with light. In addition, the house has a semi-basement where the garage is located. The total surface area of the house is 458.5 m2.
The facilities of the house are distributed as follows:
- Semi-basement: garage for four cars, stairs to the ground floor.
- Ground floor: entrance hall, bathroom, toilet, living-dining room, kitchen, closet, 2 bedrooms, veranda, stairs to the first floor.
- First floor: Corridor, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, 2 terraces.
DETAILS OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Column foundations with 40 cm thick supports. The load-bearing walls are made of 25 cm-thick reinforced concrete and are designed to take account of longitudinal and transverse bending. The vertical load-bearing structure consists of rectangular reinforced concrete columns. The unidirectional floor slabs are made up of prefabricated beams and lightweight vaults in pressed concrete blocks and poured concrete. The interior space is divided by brickwork of different thicknesses depending on the room, and by plasterboard with thermal and acoustic insulation. The façade is clad in pink bricks and light grey render to match the brickwork. Double-glazed windows with wooden shutters give the house sophistication and elegance. The floor features natural stone and high-performance ceramic tiles. The walls are covered with a smooth plaster screed with white plastic paint. False plasterboard ceilings.
