We are pleased to inform you that Arcostec, commissioned by our partners from Realway (Jávea, Marina Alta), is starting a design project for a series of luxury villas .
The customer contacted us with ready-made construction and working projects, but at the request of our partners, the company’s specialists made some structural changes in order to give the villas additional charm as well as make them more comfortable and thoughtful in terms of design and comfort. We would also like to inform you that these houses were made using a new technique in Spain for constructing modular houses. This property was developed for a harsh climate and, according to the partners, allows you to live comfortably in temperatures from -30 to +50. When drawing up the design project, our specialists took this criterion into account and created a 3D visualization of the future luxury villas that will be built in the near future.
