Complete renovation of a 55 m² flat with one bedroom, a large living room and a bathroom located in Torrevieja, in the "La Tejera" building. This was a very profitable economic investment, as it was a bank-owned flat in a fairly run-down state, which was in need of renovation when the client bought it. Despite this, it was cheap and only cost the developer €11,257.69. The sale was managed and completed by our "Arcodom" sales department, which accompanied the client at all times and proceeded to sign the deed of sale.

To improve the layout and functionality (due to space constraints), we removed the built-in cupboards. We also changed the layout of the bathroom and the direction in which the access door opened. Finally, we also modified the kitchen partition to remove the unwanted overhang. In addition, we carried out a complete check of all the installations, making the necessary modifications and repairs to ensure their long-term smooth running. In addition, we installed laminate flooring, refurbished and repainted the walls, and installed a modern kitchen, among other works.

During the course of the work, which lasted 2 months, and given the preservation and age of the property, a number of 'hidden defects' came to light.
