Step-by-Step Procedure to Obtain an Electrical Installation Certificate and Increase Electrical Power
The only requirement to request an Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE), commonly known in Spain as a Boletín Eléctrico, is to be the owner of the property to be inspected. If you have the property's address, simply contact us and we will arrange for a qualified technician to carry out the inspection.
We will manage the entire process so that you can obtain your certificate as quickly as possible. In most cases, the time between the inspection and the delivery of the certificate does not exceed 48 hours, taking into account that all electrical installation certificates must be submitted and registered with the relevant Territorial Department of Industry.
The process can be completed even faster if you have a previous electricity bill, regardless of its date. If you can provide one, we can process your certificate more efficiently.
In summary, the only documentation we require is your national identity document (DNI), or the company's tax identification number (CIF) together with the authorised representative's identity document if the certificate is to be issued in the name of a limited company.
