"ARCOSTEC - Architecture & Engineering" successfully continues the construction of a premium residential complex consisting of two houses (main and guest house) with a total living area of 1350 m2 and an outdoor swimming pool, in the urbanization of Cabo Roig on the Mediterranean coast, southern Costa Blanca, Orihuela city, Alicante province in Spain. We are summing up the first results of construction after the work was completed over the past two quarters. The following stages have been completed: 1 - Demolition, 2 - Groundwork, 3 - Foundation and 4 - Supporting structure of the main house. We would like to proudly note that all work was completed in line according to the customer’s layout. There were also no deviations from the construction estimate. Professionals of the company "ARCOSTEC" will continue to inform about the progress of construction work until its completion, which is planned for December 2016.

Demolition and dismantling
After obtaining all the necessary municipal licenses and permits, work began at the end of November 2015. The demolition of the existing house and pool was carried out, as well as the clearing of a site with an area of \u200b\u200b2000 m2
Earth work and excavation
After completing the first stage of construction, we began excavation and excavation work. Work began in December 2015. Despite the fact that the soil in this area turned out to be solid rock, this stage of construction was completed on time.
Foundation and reinforced concrete walls of the basement
